I am so proud of my wonderful hubby! He added another medal for finishing the Ft. Worth Cowtown Half Marathon in 1:56 time, a new personal best for him! At 60 that’s no small feat either…we’re looking forward to a race this weekend in Dallas, hopefully the weather will be nice for him. I’m the support crew as you may remember…I encourage and drive home (usually) but he was already in the DFW Metroplex for a dental related seminar. He took Saturday morning off, rented a car and took his little self to the race then returned to the meeting around lunch and finished up before heading home later that evening! I’m not sure if it’s devotion or fanaticism…but whatever it is keeps him going…I’m so proud of him!
